Hide to Steal Eggs Beginner Guide

The opening objective in reviewed gameplay reads “Grab an egg and carry it to your farm!” Use that small goal to learn the layout before chasing an expensive egg.

Basic mechanics

§Find your return point first#

Before approaching another plot, locate your own farm and look at the route back. Fences and nearby farms make it easy to return to the wrong place during a busy run.

The reviewed mobile recording shows a movement stick and jump button. The official page also lists desktop, console and tablet support. Follow the prompts on your device; this guide does not assume one keyboard binding applies everywhere.

§Bring your first egg home#

Approach an egg and inspect its interaction. Choose the carrying or stealing action when your goal is to take the egg home. Hide Inside is a separate action that puts your character inside an egg.

Pick a target your current Strength can handle. The developer explicitly connects Strength to carrying heavier eggs. If the game reports a requirement you do not meet, return to training and try a lighter egg in the meantime.

Carry the egg back to your farm and follow the placement or hatch prompt shown there. Confirm that the egg is on your farm before leaving on another trip.

§Turn the return into progress#

Hatch eggs to obtain pets. The official description confirms that pets earn money. Use the new income to support your next training upgrade, rather than judging progress by egg appearance alone.

A workable early routine is one return, one hatch check, then one gym check. Compare the next gym price with your balance and decide whether to save or keep using your equipped gym.

§If your first run stalls#

If you are stuck inside an egg, look for Leave Egg. If a target reports that it is locked, leave that target and inspect another egg. If the hatch is still counting down, wait for its displayed timer before considering a skip prompt.

After a failed run, recheck your Strength and return route. These two checks help distinguish a carrying limit from a navigation mistake without spending currency on an unrelated upgrade.

§FAQ#

Why can’t I carry a heavier egg?

Check the requirement shown by the target and your current Strength. Train more or choose a lighter target if you fall short.
